Closures in Java Videos

I posted a blog entry on JavaLobby recently about the new project 'Closures for Java' by Neil Grafter. This isn't an officially approved part of the openjdk but merely an implementation of a proposal.

I recently came across some video's on youtube by some of the people that have proposed different approaches. Neil Grafters talk is almost 2 hours long. Josh Blochs talk is only 9 minutes. Both start out with the same premise that requirements should dictate the form.
